Building Use Rate Sheet

Non-Member - During the day or when a staff member is already on duty in the building.

Classrooms – $30.00 per hour each room.

Gym or Lobby – $50.00 per hour each.

Chapel – $100.00 + sound at $25.00 per hour if needed.

Auditorium – $550.00 + sound and lights at $25.00 per hour per staff member and $100.00 Janitorial.

Non-Member

During the evening or when a staff member is not on duty in the building.

Classrooms – $30.00 per hour each + $25.00 Per hour for a staff member.

Gym or Lobby – $50.00 per hour each + $25.00 per hour for a staff member.

Chapel – $100.00 + sound at $25.00 per hour if needed. + $25.00 per hour for a staff member.

Auditorium – $550.00 + sound and lights at $25.00 per hour per staff member and $100.00 Janitorial.

Members

For any ticketed or for profit event where the member is being benefited the fee schedule above applies. 

Otherwise the building use is free of charge if scheduled in advance and works into the scheduled use of the building.

Note: Some building uses may need elder approval.

A building use form must be filled out and submitted at least one month in advance unless special circumstances demand earlier approval.
